Зборник „Усклађеност пословања и управљање ризицима – приватноправни и јавноправни аспекти” представља пионирски и истовремено систематичан допринос разумевању усклађености пословања као једне од најдинамичнијих области савременог права, управљања и регулаторне праксе. Његов значај не огледа се само у тематској актуелности, већ и у чињеници да на једном месту сабира теоријска промишљања, резултате истраживања и увиде из стручне праксе, показујући да compliаnce данас превазилази оквире уске интерне функције и прераста у посебно поље знања, професионалне специјализације и институционалног развоја. Повезујући приватноправне и јавноправне аспекте, тржишне и контролне механизме, питања етике, управљања ризицима, регулаторне усклађености и доброг управљања, овај зборник потврђује да је реч о области од растућег значаја за науку, праксу и правну културу у целини. Као резултат заједничког напора аутора из академске заједнице и стручњака из праксе, ово издање не представља само вредан научни и стручни допринос, већ и важан корак у даљој афирмацији compliаnce -а као легитимног и трајно релевантног универзитетског, професионалног и институционалног простора.

The volume Compliance and Risk Management – Private Law and Public Law Aspects represents a pioneering and, at the same time, systematic contribution to the understanding of compliance as one of the most dynamic fields of contemporary law, governance, and regulatory practice. Its significance lies not only in the timeliness of its subject matter, but also in the fact that it brings together, in a single place, theoretical reflections, research findings, and insights from professional practice, demonstrating that compliance today transcends the limits of a narrowly conceived internal function and is evolving into a distinct field of knowledge, professional specialization, and institutional development. By connecting private-law and public-law perspectives, market and control mechanisms, as well as questions of ethics, risk management, regulatory alignment, and good governance, this volume confirms that compliance has become an area of growing importance for scholarship, practice, and legal culture as a whole. As the result of a joint effort by contributors from academia and professional practice, this publication constitutes not only a valuable scholarly and professional contribution, but also an important step in the further affirmation of compliance as a legitimate and enduring university, professional, and institutional domain.
